and Labrador Pension Benefits Act, and wishes to transfer such funds into a Renaissance Investments LRIF with CIBC Trust Corporation as trustee; CIBC Trust Corporation (the “Trustee”) is willing to accept such transfer. To that end, the Annuitant has signed the Renaissance Investments Retirement Income Fund application, agreeing to be bound by the terms of the Declaration of Trust attached to it (the “Declaration of Trust”), and agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement as well.
