This ASSET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of January 18, 2021 (“Effective Date”), by and between Highway 85 Self Storage, Inc., a Colorado corporation (the “Seller”) and StoreX, LLC and/or assigns, a Colorado limited liability company (the “Buyer”).
