This agreement is between the Dairy Operator (Supplier) and the Third Party (Recipient) that receives manure and/or process wastewater (lagoon/nutrient water) from the Dairy Operator as identified below. It specifies the terms for which the Dairy Operator will supply manure and/or process wastewater and for which the Third Party will receive and apply the manure and/or process wastewater to the land.
