This Settlement Agreement (Agreement”) is made this day of , 2021, by the City of Eagan, Minnesota (the “City”) and Qwest Broadband Services, Inc. d/b/a CenturyLink (“CenturyLink”). The City and CenturyLink shall sometimes be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
