agrees to abide by all Marion City Parks and City of Marion rules and regulations and consequently assume all risk for injury associated with the rental of the facility; and agree not to hold the Marion City Parks & Recreation Department or the City of Marion and its employees or representative responsible or liable. We waive any and all claims against the City of Marion for all personal injuries or property damage, which are sustained or may arise from the use of the facility. We also assume full responsibility of any damages our group may cause to the facility. I, as a worthy representative of the group, have read the above statement and rules and agree and request permission to utilize City softball fields for our use.
