This Manor Heights Public Improvement District Reimbursement Agreement (Improvement Area #4) (this “Reimbursement Agreement”) is executed between the City of Manor, Texas (“City”) and Forestar (USA) Real Estate Group, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Owner”) (each individually referred to as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties”) effective as of the day of , 2023. Capitalized terms not otherwise herein defined shall be given the meaning assigned to such term in the PID Financing Agreement (defined below) and/or Indenture, as applicable, and such definition shall govern in the event of a conflict with a definition herein.
