This Subscription Agreement (referred to below as “Subscription Agreement” or “Agreement) is a binding legal contract that contains the terms and conditions of Subscriber’s purchase of shares of Class A Common Stock (the “Securities”) described in the Offering Statement of the Company filed with the SEC (the “Offering Statement”). Subscriber understands, acknowledges and agrees to the disclosures on pages 1 and 2 and to the terms and conditions that follow:
