In accordance with the National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20113(e)), this Agreement is entered into by the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Langley Research Center, located at Langley Research Center, Hampton, VA 23681 (hereinafter referred to as "NASA" or "NASA LaRC") and Wichita State University, a state educational institution of Kansas, on behalf of National Institute for Aviation Research- (NIAR), located at 1845 Fairmount Street, Wichita, KS 67260-0093 (hereinafter referred to as "Partner" or "NIAR"). NASA and Partner may be individually referred to as a "Party" and collectively referred to as the "Parties."
