This Agreement Regarding the Construction of Improvements (the “Agreement”) is entered into as of the _ day of February, 2024, between the CITY OF ANGLETON, TEXAS, a home rule municipal corporation situated in Brazoria County, Texas (the “City”) and the ANGLETON BETTER LIVING CORPORATION, a non-profit economic development corporation (the “Corporation”) initially created under Section 4B of the Development Corporation Act of 1979, Article 5190.6, Tex. Rev. Civ. Stat. Ann., and now operating as a Type B corporation pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 501 and 505, Texas Local Government Code, as amended (collectively, the “Act”).
