Your tender cited above for the Mechanized cleaning contract of Chenganoor Railway Station for a period of two years (730 days) at the rate of Rs. 8,487.00 per day ( ie Rs. 7,412.23 + service tax) and total value of Rs. 61,95,510.00 ( ie Rs. 54,10,925.76 + service tax )for total manpower, machinery and consumables has been accepted. Please arrange to carry out the work from 29.08.2016 to 28.08.2018 as per the terms and conditions already notified vide this office tender Notice No. V / MD.52 / Contracts / CNGR/ 16-18, Dt. 22.03.2016. The cleaning schedule, deployment of manpower, uniforms to the staff employed etc. as mentioned in the tender conditions should be strictly followed.
