The National Association of Manufacturers represented by President and CEO Jay Timmons, the Confederation of Industrial Chambers of United Mexican States represented by President Jose Abugaber Andonie and the Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters represented by President and CEO Dennis Darby, each respectively referred to as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties” acting in each of their capacities to promote the trade and commercial interests of the Parties in North America, have agreed on the following.
