The VAD Journal (hereinafter the “Journal”) is pleased to accept for publication your article. The “Article” shall include the manuscript and all sub‐parts therein, including figures, tables, multimedia, supplementary material, summary statement, and abstract, if submitted. The “Author” is the corresponding author who will act on the behalf of all authors of the manuscript. To enable the broadest dissemination of the Article, the Author and the Journal agree as follows:
