This Memorandum of Understanding establishes the guidelines for collaboration between Wisconsin 4‑H Youth Development/University of Wisconsin-Extension, Cooperative Extension and Wisconsin Association of Extension 4-H Youth Development Professionals (WAE4-HYDY). The purpose of this MOU is to define the roles, relationships and obligations of both parties including the use of the 4‑H Name and Emblem.
