This is a legal agreement (“Agreement”) between you and Infinite Automation Systems, Inc., a Colorado corporation (“IAS”). If you use the IAS products and services as an employee of or for the benefit of your company, you represent that you have the power and authority to accept this agreement on behalf of your company.
