This Material Transfer Agreement (MTA) must be submitted by each investigator requesting cell lines, DNA samples or other biological material along with any correlating data (NINDS Materials) from the NHCDR. Both the recipient principal investigator (Principal Investigator) and the institutional official who is authorized to make legally binding agreements for the institution that employs the Principal Investigator (Institution) must sign this MTA.
