This Cooperative Agreement ("Agreement"), dated as of , is entered into by and between the Riverside County Flood Control and Water Conservation District, a body politic ("DISTRICT"), the City of Moreno Valley, a municipal corporation of the State of California ("CITY"), and D.R. Horton Los Angeles Holding Company, Inc., a California corporation ("DEVELOPER"). DISTRICT, CITY and DEVELOPER are individually referred to herein as "Party" and collectively referred to herein as "Parties". Parties hereto hereby agree as follows:
