Pursuant to this Amendment, (the “Amendment”), EZ Phone, Inc. (EZ Phone), and BellSouth Telecommunications, Inc. (“BellSouth”), hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties,” hereby agree to amend that certain Interconnection Agreement between the Parties dated June 13, 2003, (“Agreement”). This Amendment will become effective thirty (30) days following the date of the last signature of both Parties.
