THIS AGREEMENT is entered into this day of April, 2020, by and between the City of St. George, a Utah municipal corporation, (“CITY”), and Corporate Air Service, Inc., a Private Corporation, (“Developer”). City and Developer are herein collectively referred to as the “Parties.”
