It is the purpose and intent of the Parties to maintain harmonious relationships between the Board and each Teacher in the bargaining unit. It is the desire of the Parties to set forth in this Agreement terms and conditions of employment and to provide for the equitable settlement of all matters in dispute which may arise between the parties.
