This End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”) is a binding legal contract between the U-Visit Entity (as specified in Section 16, below), its affiliates and licensors (collectively, “U-Visit”), and the individual or legal entity who accesses or uses the Services (as defined below) (collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Customer,” as applicable). You and U-Visit are each a “Party,” and together, the “Parties.”
