This MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") made and entered into as of October 12, 2006 (“Effective Date”), between Mesaba Aviation, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, having its principal office at 1000 Blue Gentian Road, Suite 200, Eagan, MN 55121 ("Lessor") and Northwest Airlines, Inc., a Minnesota corporation, having its principal office at 2700 Lone Oak Parkway, Eagan, MN 55121 ("Lessee"), each a “Party” and collectively the “Parties.”
