This Donation Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of the day of February, 2017 (the “Effective Date”) between Saint Alphonsus Medical Center – Nampa, Inc., an Idaho nonprofit corporation (“Donor”), and Nampa School District No. 131, a public school district organized and existing under the laws of the State of Idaho (“District”). Donor and District may be referred to herein individually as a “Party” or collectively as the “Parties.”
