This Interconnection Agreement for the Transport and Termination of traffic between wireline carriers (“Agreement”) is effective as of the 1st day of July 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Chequamegon Communications Cooperative, Inc. d/b/a Norvado (“CCCI”) a Wisconsin corporation, with its principal office at 43705 U.S. Hwy 63, P.O. Box 67, Cable, Wisconsin 54821 and CenturyLink Communications, LLC. (“CENTURYLINK”) a Delaware LLC, with its principal office at 100 CenturyLink Drive, Monroe, Louisiana 71203.
