The contract shall be in force for the period from to and shall cover all those items as specified in the Annexure-4 to this agreement. That the prices as specified in the Annexure-4 (attached with agreement) shall not be subject to any escalation. GST and other taxes as applicable alone would be reimbursed as shown in the invoice.
