The words “you” and “your” mean the person agreeing to this Membership and Annual Pass Agreement (“Agreement”) to purchase either an Snapology membership or Annual Pass, any person who provides payment for the fees described herein, and any minor on whose behalf a parent or legal guardian agrees to this Agreement. The words “Snapology,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Snapology, LLC d/b/a Snapology Urban Air Classroom or Snapology Discovery Centers. This Agreement is between you and us.
