This Card Agreement (Agreement) governs the terms and conditions of your World Elite MasterCard® credit card account (Account) with Fifth Third Bank (Bank). Bank customers are given this Agreement when approved for an Account, or on request. By opening an Account and making Transactions (as defined below), you agree to use this Account only for personal, family or household purposes and to comply with, and be bound by, this entire Agreement.
