This Ambassador Agreement (“Agreement”) together with all Exhibits and addenda is effective as of the execution of the Commission Agreement (“Effective Date”) by and between Brand Ambassadors Inc. (“COMPANY”), a Delaware corporation, and Ambassador. COMPANY and Ambassador are collectively referred to as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party”.
