Jordynn Marie Brands (“Company”), with an office at 212 25th Avenue North, Saint Cloud, MN 56303, and Client enter into this Professional Services Agreement (“Agreement”) for the custom design of the Garment. Jordynn Becker (referred to as “Jordynn” or “I”), on behalf of the Company, will design and construct the Garment described above on the terms stated in this Agreement. This Agreement, including the Terms and Conditions, which are found at https://www.jordynnmariebrands.com/home and can be provided in print form to Client upon request (“Agreement”), make up the entire Agreement between the Company and the Client.
