In the interest of providing Bucks County Community College students with improved opportunities to excel in higher education, Rider University (Rider) and Bucks County Community College (Bucks) agree to create a Program to Program - Guaranteed Transfer Agreement between the Criminal Justice, Associate of Arts Program at Bucks and the Bachelor of Arts with a major in Criminal Justice at Rider.
