(“SSVE”), defendant William McCabe (“McCabe,” and together with SSVE, “Defendants”), and relators Matthew E. Argeroplos and Denise Garcia Clark (the “Relators”), through their authorized representatives. The above-named parties are hereinafter collectively referred to as “the Parties.”
