A settlement (“Settlement”) has been proposed in the class action lawsuit referenced above pending in the United States District Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle (the “Action”). If the Court gives final approval to the Settlement, Lamps Plus, Inc. (“Lamps Plus”) will provide, for each Class Member who properly and timely completes and submits a Claim Form, either (A) a settlement check in the amount of $14; or (B) one Voucher good for $20 off a purchase (no minimum purchase) of any item at a Lamps Plus retail store or online.
