and between Superior Concrete Products, a corporation, whose address is 1203 Raider Drive, Euless, Texas 76040, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor," and the CITY OF DENTON, TEXAS, a Texas Municipal Corporation and Home-Rule City, hereinafter referred to as "City," to be effective upon approval of the Denton City Council and the subsequent execution of this Contract by the Denton City Manager, or his duly authorized designee.
