This Agreement (“Agreement”) shall be deemed effective as of October 25, 2001 (the “Effective Date”), between Equal Access Networks, LLC (“Equal Access”), a Limited Liability Company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, with offices at 1 Federal Street, Building 102- 3L, Springfield, Massachusetts 01105 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Rhode Island, f/k/a New England Telephone and Telegraph Company, d/b/a Bell Atlantic - Rhode Island (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York with offices at 185 Franklin Street, Boston, MA 02110 (Verizon and Equal Access may be referred to hereinafter, each, individually as a “Party”, and, collectively, as the “Parties”).
