THIS LEASE AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made as of the date of the last signature affixed hereto (“Commencement Date”) by and between DESCHUTES COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Oregon ("Lessor"), and SAVING GRACE IMAGINE LIFE WITHOUT VIOLCENCE, an Oregon nonprofit corporation, hereinafter referred to as ("Lessee"). Lessor and Lessee are referred to herein as “Party” or “Parties.”
