Contract Type FiledOctober 2nd, 2012This Agreement is legally binding and shall continue indefinitely while employment continues unless revoked or modified by a new compensation reduction agreement. Any revocation or modification of salary reduction must be in writing and provided to the Institution at least fourteen (14) days prior to the beginning of the period for which the revocation or modification will take effect. This Agreement shall terminate any prior salary reduction agreements executed between the Institution and the Employee under the Goucher College Voluntary Retirement Plan (the “Plan”).
