County Convention & Visitors Bureau, Inc. d/b/a Visit Orlando (referred to herein as “Destination Provider”), with principal offices at 6277 Sea Harbor Drive, Suite 400, Orlando, Florida, and Maritz Global Events Inc., a Missouri corporation and its wholly owned subsidiary, Maritz Global Events – AT&L Inc. (together, “Maritz”), with principal offices at 1395 North Highway Drive, Fenton, Missouri 63099, each referred to as a “Party” and together as the “Parties”. Maritz Global Events, Inc. shall be responsible for all obligations of Maritz under this Agreement.
