THIS INTERNET AGREEMENT executed between the parties (the “Agreement”) is made effective the date of its execution (the "Effective Date"), by and between Attwood Corporation and/or Land ‘N’ Sea, with principal offices at 1016 N Monroe St, Lowell, MI 49331 ("Attwood"), and the Authorized Reseller which has executed this Agreement ("Reseller"). Attwood and Reseller are each sometimes referred to herein as a "party" or collectively as the "parties." The parties agree as follows:
