This First Supplemental Indenture, dated as of March 17, 2020, is entered into by and between the City of Arlington, Texas, a duly incorporated home rule city, as issuer (the “City”), and The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, National Association, as trustee (the “Trustee”), supplementing the Master Indenture, dated as of March 17, 2020, between the City and the Trustee (the “Master Indenture”). Capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined shall have the meanings assigned thereto in the Master Indenture.
