SELLER further agrees that said work or repairs shall be completed at the SELLER’S expense and shall be accomplished in a good and workmanlike manner prior to the agreed to date. The BUYER acknowledges that the SELLER will be purchasing the material and will be self-performing the repairs and/or replacement of the items listed in this document. The SELLER agrees that all materials used in these repairs will be new and free from defects and the quality of this material will be equal to or greater then the defective or damaged material.
