(CREDA) (“Subcontract”) is entered into by and between the COUNTY OF RIVERSIDE, a political subdivision of the State of California, by and through its Economic Development Department (“SUBCONTRACTOR”), host administrative agent for the Coachella Valley Small Business Development Center (“Service Center”) located in Indio, California and CSU FULLERTON AUXILIARY SERVICES CORPORATION (“ASC”), a California non-profit corporation which is a recognized auxiliary and fiscal agent of California State University, Fullerton (“CSUF”), and host administrative agent for the Lead Center SBDC (“Lead Center”) located in Fullerton, California in connection with the “Orange County/Inland Empire Regional SBDC Network” or “SBDC Network.” Subcontractor and ASC are individually referred to herein as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.” The term “SBDC” used herein shall mean Small Business Development Center.
