This LearningSpace Enterprise Agreement (together with any schedules attached hereto, this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the Effective Date, defined as the later date on which the last of the Parties has signed this Agreement as set forth in the dates below, between CAE Healthcare, Inc., a Delaware corporation with a mailing address of 6300 Edgelake Drive, Sarasota, Florida 34240 (“CAE Healthcare”), and Board of Trustees of Community College District No. 508 a//k/a City Colleges of Chicago, with a mailing address of 226 W. Jackson Blvd, Chicago, IL 60606 (“Customer”).
