This Agreement for Interconnection and Parallel Operation of Distributed Generation (hereinafter “Agreement”) is made and entered the date indicated above between SOUTHERN ILLINOIS ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE, INC., (hereinafter referred to as “Cooperative”), an electric cooperative organized under the laws of the State of Illinois, and , (hereinafter referred to as “Member”), a member/owner of the Cooperative presently receiving electric service from Cooperative, each hereinafter sometimes referred to individually as “Party” or both referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
