This Fiscal Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Lesbian & Gay Community Center of New Orleans d.b.a LGBT Community Center of New Orleans (“Sponsor”), and the Your Project Name Committee (“Committee”). Sponsor is a Louisiana nonprofit public benefit corporation located in New Orleans, Louisiana, qualified as exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“IRC”) and classified as a public charity under IRC Sections 509(a)(1) and 170(b)(1)(A)(vi). The Committee is an unincorporated nonprofit association established to oversee the affairs of the Project described below.
