City of Tempe, an Arizona municipal corporation (“Sponsor”), and the Arizona Board of Regents for and on behalf of Arizona State University (“ASU”), an institution of higher learning established by the laws of the State of Arizona, having a place of business at 660 S. Mill Ave., Tempe, AZ 85281. Sponsor and ASU may be individually referred to in this Agreement as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
