RE: SMALL CELL WIRELESS FACILITIES RIGHT-OF-WAY USE AGREEMENT BETWEEN WEST GOSHEN TOWNSHIP AND VERIZON WIRELESS
Small Cell Wireless Facilities Right-of-Way Use Agreement • July 26th, 2022 • Pennsylvania

Before the Board of Supervisors this evening is a proposed Small Cell Wireless Facilities Right-of- Way Use Agreement between West Goshen Township and Verizon Wireless. This agreement would permit Verizon Wireless to install small cell wireless facilities on Township owned or controlled poles in the public right-of-way. The agreement would cover a ten (10) year period and the Township would receive an annual fee for allowing these facilities in the public right-of- way, similar to the franchise agreements in place with cable providers. Exhibit A of the attached agreement outlines the fee schedule.
