To be returned before 15 MARCH 2018. Missions intending to compete must ensure that they submit these forms timeously and no later than the date indicated. The Organizing Nation shall not have any obligation towards member nations which have not provided the official final entry within the deadline set in the invitation file (Article 8.3, item 4, CISM Regulations, Edition July 2017).
