THIS AGREEMENT (“Agreement”), is made and entered into as of the date set forth below and between the City of Snoqualmie (the “City”), a Washington municipal corporation, and the Snoqualmie Valley School District No. 410 (the “District”), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, for the joint use of certain City and District Facilities.
