These terms and conditions and the accompanying information on the $20 Boss Website constitute the entire agreement and understanding (the “Contract”) between the Foundation for Young Australians (“FYA”) and the school identified in the registration form submitted to FYA (the “School”) on everything connected with the subject matter of the Contract and supersedes any prior agreement or understanding. Registration is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions by the School.
