This Master Subscription Agreement, effective as of the later of the dates beneath the parties’ signatures below ("Effective Date"), is by and between Workday, Inc. ("Workday") a Delaware corporation with offices at 6110 Stoneridge Mall Road, Pleasanton, CA 94588 and MiraCosta Community College District (“Customer”), a California community college district with offices at 1 Barnard Drive, Oceanside, CA 92056. As Workday provides a subscription Service to which Customer intends to subscribe, this Agreement establishes the business relationship and allocation of responsibilities regarding the Service and the parties therefore agree as follows:
