STAFF RECOMMENDATION: Approve an educational institution staffing agreement between Maxim Healthcare Services, Inc. and Alvord Unified School District to provide one or more licensed or certified health care providers (i.e. License Practical/Vocational Nurses, Registered Nurses, Speech/Language Pathologists, School Psychologists, Board Certified Behavior Analyst or other health and related service providers) for supplemental staffing services including direct service to students, report writing and attendance at Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings for medically handicapped special education students for the 2017-2018 school year.
